The international pharma companies themselves act as broker for the other non-manufacturing countries where they export. The importing countries of pharmaceuticals finished products are already under the global syndicate of C&F prices set by the brokers. The total scenario is too devastating to assume why and how the drug TP and MRP are increasing at regular interval as a routine practice. The percentage and margins of the raw material supplier in case of manufacturers and the commission of the distributor-principal business duet in case of importers of the finished products have no legal format and all are violating the ethics and medico-legal practice and pharmacological dynamics of an honest business.
